The KASON Computer Control Manhole Cover Compression Testing Machine is designed for compression and flexural strength testing of manhole covers. Available in 600 kN, 1000 kN and 1500 kN load capacities, the system can meet different testing requirements for cast iron, composite and concrete manhole covers.

Using a microcomputer-controlled electro-hydraulic servo system, the machine provides stable loading, accurate force measurement, real-time curve recording and automatic test data processing. Multiple control modes and overload protection help improve testing safety and efficiency.

The machine is suitable for testing according to relevant standards, including CJ/T 3012-1993 Cast Iron Manhole Covers, CJ/T 121-2000 Recycled Resin Composite Material Manhole Covers, and JC 889-2001 Steel Fiber Concrete Manhole Covers.
