KASON has introduced the HTR-150T Touch Screen Rockwell Hardness Tester, a professional solution for accurate and efficient metal hardness testing in laboratories and quality control applications.

Featuring a user-friendly touch screen interface, the HTR-150T supports 15 Rockwell hardness scales, including HRA, HRB and HRC. It provides automatic loading, holding and unloading, with hardness resolution of 0.1 HR. The system can also convert hardness values between HR, HB, HV and other scales, while storing up to 500 sets of test data.

The tester is suitable for steel, aluminum alloy, copper alloy, bearing steel, chilled castings, heat-treated materials and surface-hardened materials.

The KASON HTR-150T is designed to comply with ISO 6508, ASTM E18, JIS Z2245 and GB/T 230.2, making it suitable for international material testing and quality control.
