The KASON Computer-Controlled Leaf Spring Compression Testing Machine is designed for mechanical performance testing of automotive and industrial leaf springs. It can perform programmed loading and unloading tests to evaluate load, deformation, spring stiffness and residual deformation with high testing efficiency.

The system features a double-column double-space gantry structure, computer control, Class 0.5 load accuracy, and a testing speed range of 0.01–500 mm/min. The 600 mm testing space can also be customized according to customer requirements.

For reliable operation, the machine includes adjustable limit protection, overload, overcurrent, overvoltage and deformation protection functions. Its programmable test process allows automatic sequential loading and unloading for efficient leaf spring testing.
