This thermal shock tester is designed to perform thermal shock resistance tests on various glass bottles, including beer bottles, wine bottles, beverage bottles, infusion bottles and antibiotic bottles. It evaluates the ability of glass containers to withstand rapid temperature changes, which is critical for brewing, beverage and pharmaceutical industries requiring container sterilization.
The instrument is designed and manufactured in accordance with GB/T 4547-2007 Test method for thermal shock resistance and thermal shock durability of glass containers and YBB 00182003 Determination of thermal shock and thermal shock resistance. It is an essential testing device for quality inspection centers, breweries and glass bottle manufacturers.
Testing Principle
Set the target temperatures for the hot and cold tanks to achieve the preset temperature difference. Heat glass bottle samples in the hot tank, then quickly transfer them to the cold tank. After testing, inspect the samples to determine the breakage rate.
Technical Features
TFT true-color touch screen for clear test display and easy operation
Equipped with a micro printer to print test results and breakage rates
Optional ISP online upgrade for personalized customization
Large test volume to accommodate all types of glass containers
Automatic cooling for improved repeat test efficiency
Cantilever structure for enhanced durability
High-speed processing chip for fast operation
Hot tank, cold tank and sample basket made of stainless steel
Electric lifting sample basket for easy operation and reduced labor
