Application Range

Effectively evaluate the capping quality of PET bottles, glass bottles and cans

The KASON-SST2 Cap Seal Tester is used to test the capping tightness of bottled and canned beverages, prevent air leakage, and effectively control packaging capping quality.

It is suitable for measuring PET bottle products, glass bottle products, canned products, as well as separately testing the tightness of crown caps and PET bottle caps.

· Inflate and pressurize with compressed air or carbon dioxide

· Positive pressure measurement, avoiding the limitation of negative pressure measurement where pressure is less than 1 bar

· Test pressure range: 0–16 bar (1.6 MPa)

· Made of anodized aluminum, stainless steel and plastic, sturdy and durable

· Equipped with a pressure reducing valve inside the instrument for easy setting of the maximum test pressure

· Multiple safety features: pressure reducing valve, safety valve, bucket lid safety pin, pressure release valve (measurement cannot start without the test water bucket installed), quick exhaust hole on the instrument lid (measurement cannot start without the bucket lid closed; pressure releases immediately when the bucket lid is opened)

· Precise flow control, adjustable boosting speed: time to boost to 1 MPa can be adjusted freely within 5–60 seconds

· High sensitivity and accurate reading
