METPRESS-VM60 The fully automatic vacuum cold mounting machine uses PLC control, a high-strength vacuum chamber and a built-in vacuum pump to complete the entire mounting process of vacuuming, maintaining vacuum, and deflating with one click.

Sample mounting eliminates the air in the sample and the cold mounting material, and the liquid mounting material fills the gaps in the sample, eliminating the gap between the sample and the mounting material, thereby achieving a tight combination of the sample and the mounting material. Samples are also well protected and supported during grinding and polishing.
