KASON METPRESS-PVM1S pressure cold mounting machine, with a high-strength pressure cooker and built-in air pump, is a dedicated metallographic mounting device designed for special requirements of cold mounting.

With this device, the air bubbles and pores in the embedded samples can be significantly reduced without altering the physical and chemical properties of the resin, providing the best results for subsequent sample grinding and polishing as well as microstructure analysis.

l The pressure is digitally displayed and automatically controlled. When the set pressure value is reached, the automatic air pump stops automatically. When the pressure drops a certain value, the air pump starts automatically.

l When there is pressure in the pot, the lid is automatically locked, that is, the lid cannot be opened when working;
