METPRESS-3S double-head (inlaying chamber) automatic metallographic sample inlaying machine(pneumatic)is an intelligent automatic metallographic inlaying machine designed for batch, fast and precise sample preparation. 

This machine is used for thermosetting plastic compression molding of tiny metallographic samples that are not regular and difficult to hold by hand. The inlay machine works reliably under the following conditions: 

1. The altitude is not higher than 1000m. 

2. The ambient medium temperature should not be higher than +40℃ and not lower than -10℃. 

3. The relative humidity of the air is not more than 85% (at 20°C). 

4. There is no conductive dust, explosive gas, and corrosive gas that seriously damage metals and insulatorsaround. 

5. There is no obvious vibration and bump. 

6. Air source pressure 0.6-0.8mpa
