It verifies whether PET bottles meet the requirements of the packaging industry. The test items specified in the standards comply with various standard requirements. It fully automatically displays the pressure change during the entire test, and can meet the requirements of pressure holding test, burst pressure test and deformation pressure test for bottles of various capacities. Testing Principle
The hydraulic pressure generated by the built-in hydraulic drive device of the instrument is transmitted to the pressure sensor and the tested plastic bottle sample equally through the pipeline. The equipment controller collects pressure signals from the pressure sensor in real time, and controls the built-in hydraulic drive device according to the pressure signal value, so that the pressure change in the system increases linearly in accordance with the requirements of national standards and ISO standards until reaching the preset value. During the pressurization or pressure holding process, if the tested sample bottle ruptures, it is unqualified; if the tested sample bottle is still intact after the system automatically relieves pressure at the end of the test, it is qualified.
