The KASON-HEG100 Hall Effect Thickness Gauge (Wall Thickness Gauge) features a portable design and is used to measure the thickness of non-magnetic materials such as plastics, glass, synthetic materials, aluminum and titanium. Its measurement accuracy is not affected by the shape of the material. It is widely applied in the beverage, food, chemical, packaging and other industries.

Technical Features

·  Easy to operate with a non-destructive measurement method to ensure the measured object remains intact and undamaged.

·  Not restricted by material shapes; it can quickly measure various parts of objects with complex shapes and different sizes, including hard-to-reach positions such as dead corners and grooves.

·  Equipped with a more robust and durable stainless steel probe for improved service life and stability.

·  New optional 5.00mm and 7.00mm magnetic beads expand the measurement range, with a maximum measurable thickness of 25.4 millimeters.

·  Fitted with a larger color screen with bigger and clearer display fonts for an enhanced reading experience.

·  Real-time display of the current thickness value, and automatically capture and record the maximum, minimum and average thickness values for easy data analysis and comparison.
