Features

· The flow sensor features high sensitivity and an extremely low starting flow rate.

· The flow sensor chip adopts a thermal mass flowmeter, requiring no temperature and pressure compensation, which ensures high-precision measurement of the sensor. The flow measurement range is 0 L/min～100 L/min with an accuracy of ±2%. Multiple sensors are integrated on a single flow sensor chip, greatly improving the turndown ratio of the sensor.

·The flow sensor has high zero-point stability, full-range high stability, full-range high accuracy and excellent repeatability. It also features low power consumption, low pressure loss and fast response speed.

·The micro-pressure sensor adopts a two-wire system with high accuracy and good stability; it is designed with explosion-proof structure for safe and reliable operation.

·The range and zero point of the micro-pressure sensor can be continuously adjusted externally, and the damping is adjustable. With no mechanical moving parts, it requires little maintenance. The measuring range of the micro-pressure gauge is -1000 Pa～1000 Pa with a resolution of 1 Pa.

·It meets the requirements of the latest national standards, and is compatible with the standards for labor protection masks and daily protective masks.

·The whole instrument is equipped with special gas path switching components, ensuring convenient and rapid switching between the exhalation and inhalation pipeline systems.
