The bottle top pressure tester is designed for testing vertical compressive strength, top pressure strength, and pressure resistance of carbonated beverage bottles, mineral water bottles, plastic bottles, cans, composite cans, and other containers.The instrument adopts a ball screw drive system for stepless speed regulation. It is used for vertical compression tests of bottles of various capacities. Testing Principle

The sample is placed between two platens of the vertical compression tester. The two platens move toward each other. The force sensor on the moving platen and the built-in displacement sensor collect the changes of vertical compression force and displacement during the test, so as to calculate the compressive strength performance indexes of the sample.
