KASON HTR-150/45T-AJ precision Rockwell, Superficial Rockwell, double Rockwell hardness tester (mobile head) adopts closed-loop sensor control technology to realize fully automatic control and hardness testing process. The loading system adopts high-precision force sensor and central controller to form a closed loop to realize full control of the force application process. The depth measurement system adopts high-precision displacement sensor, which can obtain a hardness value resolution of 0.1HR.

The machine stage is fixed, and the hardness test is performed by the up and down movement of the pressure head. The fixed test bench can eliminate the coaxiality error caused by the up and down rotation of the traditional screw, improve the accuracy and repeatability of the test, and also increase the stability and efficiency of the machine.
