It meets the technical requirements for hydraulic performance testing of drippers and drip irrigation tubing (tape) in GB/T17187-2009 "Agricultural Irrigation Equipment - Technical Specifications and Test Methods for Drippers and Drip Irrigation Tubing", GB/T19812.1-2017 "Plastic Water-Saving Irrigation Equipment - Single-Wing Labyrinth Drip Irrigation Tape", GB/T19812.2-2017 "Plastic Water-Saving Irrigation Equipment - Pressure Compensating Drippers and Drip Irrigation Tubing", GB/T19812.3-2017 "Plastic Water-Saving Irrigation Equipment - Embedded Drip Irrigation Tubing and Drip Irrigation Tape", and industry standards SL/T67.1-94 "Micro Irrigation Emitter - Dripper", SL/T67.2-94 "Micro Irrigation Emitter - Drip Irrigation Tubing", and QB/T2517-2001 "Disposable Plastic Drip Irrigation Tape".
The test items include:
Hydrostatic pressure resistance test at ambient temperature;
Hydrostatic pressure resistance test at high temperature;
Flow uniformity test;
Pressure-flow relationship test; and burst test.
It can also meet the requirements for the "pressure loss-flow relationship test".
The high-temperature test chamber mainly provides a constant temperature test environment for tests requiring high-temperature hydrostatic pressure resistance, and a safe location for burst tests.
