Application:

HDT-V6 is an advanced Heat Deflection Temperature (HDT) and Vicat Softening Point Tester built for high-precision thermal testing of plastics and polymer materials. Designed with six testing stations,  it  offers efficient, high-throughput performance ideal for research laboratories, quality control environments, and materials certification tasks.

During operation, each specimen is subjected to a constant load and heated at a standardized rate in a controlled oil bath, allowing the system to monitor both temperature and deformation in real time. When   paired with the optional software package, users can generate real-time deformation vs. temperature graphs for detailed material evaluation.
