Product Overview:

The KASON-VDM100 Verticality Deviation Tester is suitable for testing the verticality deviation of various round bottle packaging such as ampoules, mineral water bottles, and beer bottles. This product conforms to national standards, features a simple structure, wide applicability, convenience, durability, and high accuracy. It is an ideal testing instrument for pharmaceutical, pharmaceutical packaging, food, and daily chemical companies, as well as pharmaceutical testing institutions.

Testing Principle:

The bottle bottom is clamped and fixed on a rotating disk on a horizontal plate, bringing the bottle mouth into contact with a dial indicator. The instrument is rotated 360° to read the maximum and minimum values. Half the difference between the two values is the vertical axis deviation. Utilizing the high concentricity of a four-jaw self-centering chuck, and equipped with a highly adjustable support frame, it can meet the testing needs of various glass and plastic bottles.
