Introduction
1.This equipment is mainly used to test the materials with large deformation, being the special accessory of universal testing machine, and the deformation can up to 800mm.
2. It is mainly composed of the encoder, pull wire, line fall, guide rod, beeline spool, the upper and lower jaws block, jaw and bottom plate.
3.The beeline spool is equipped under the jaws lock, moving along the guide rod up and down.
4.The upper and lower jaws block are balanced by the pull wire with the line fall.
5.The pull wire bypass the pulley connected with the encoder and drive the encoder to rotate.
6.While the jaws move along the distance to the deformation of the gripped specimen, the encoder can measure the distance of the deformation of the specimen.
