Jinan KASON Testing Equipment Co., Ltd. introduces the KASON-CPJ3020 Vertical Profile Projector, a high-efficiency optical measuring instrument designed for dimensional, angular, contour and surface-profile inspection of mechanical components.

The CPJ3020 provides a 200 × 100 mm X/Y measuring range, 0.5 μm resolution, and measuring accuracy of Ex,y ≤ (3.0 + L/200) μm. Its projection accuracy for contour and surface measurement is ≤ ±0.06%. The standard 10X optical lens can be upgraded to 20X, 50X or 100X.

Which Testing Standard Does It Follow?

All specification data are tested according to JJF 1093-2002, providing a recognized reference for profile projector performance and measurement accuracy.

The DC-3000 digital readout supports measurement of dimensions, angles, circles, distances and other geometric features, with data output through RS232 and printer interfaces.
