What is the KASON-6014C?

A double-layer electrically heated hydraulic press for hot-pressing rubber moulded and non-moulded products, thermosetting plastics and foamed rubber or plastic parts. Three models cover 10 T, 30 T and 50 T.

Which standards does it meet?

ISO 9001 quality management, CE marking and FDA certification are cited, alongside SGS and Bureau Veritas certificates. Platen flatness is ≤0.03 mm and parallelism ≤0.16 mm, with hot plates hardened to 50–60 HRC.

What temperature does it reach?

Heating range is room temperature to 250 °C, with ±2.5 °C uniformity and ±0.1 °C control accuracy via a PLC touch screen. Heating to 160 °C takes about 15 minutes. Two hot plates are controlled separately; two water-cooled cold plates handle cooling.

How is pressure controlled?

A closed-loop hydraulic system with automatic pressure compensation gives one-time pressurisation plus automatic top-up, hold and release. Cylinder stroke is up to 150 mm at 11 mm/s.

Is it safe to operate?

A safety shield, safety gate and four safety devices are fitted. Mold opening is fully automatic with manual and automatic modes.
