Product Application:

The KASON-BFT200 Ampoule Breaking Force Tester is suitable for testing the breaking force required to separate the neck from the body of pharmaceutical injection ampoules. It is a commonly used testing device for pharmaceutical companies, ampoule manufacturers, and drug testing institutions, and complies with the testing requirements for breaking force tests of ampoule pharmaceutical packaging as specified in standards such as GB2637, YBB00332002, YBB 00042012, YBB 00052012, ISO9187.1, and ISO9187.2.

Test Principle:

The sample is mounted on two V-shaped supports with a specified span. A pressure head of a specified size forces the ampoule neck to break apart from the body. The instrument measures the change in force during this process, thus obtaining the corresponding breaking force value.
