Product Details

Product Introduction:

The 121℃ Glass Particle Water Resistance Testing Device is suitable for testing the water resistance of glass materials. It uses a mortar and pestle made of quenched steel and a stainless steel sieve to prepare the glass sample to be tested. It also meets the 98℃ glass particle water resistance testing requirements.

Standards:

YBB00062004-2015, YBB00252003-2015

Application Scope:

Ampoules, Vials, Glass Infusion Bottles, Wine Bottles, Glass Products, Quality Inspection Institutes

Test Method:

Crush the sample into small pieces, take an appropriate amount and place it in the mortar. Insert the pestle and strike the pestle forcefully with a hammer, only once. Transfer the glass from the mortar to the O sieve on the upper layer of the sieve set. Repeat the above operation. Vibrate the sieve set with a vibrating sieve machine (or shake the sieve set manually) for 5 minutes. Transfer the glass particles that passed through the A sieve but remained on the B sieve to a weighing bottle. The weight of glass particles should be more than 10g. Three samples of glass particles were prepared.

Product parameters
