Application:
This type of testing machine is designed to perform bend test on metallic materials, like rod steel, plate steel and threaded steel. It features dual-direction hydraulic loading, easy to bend specimen with diameter less than 50mm to 180° .Hand wheel drives dual direction screw lead to adjust the support roller span. The support roller is self-lock; no need any spanner to tighten. Plug-in type mandrel is simple to change.
This equipment provides speed adjustment function,and displacement and speed display function,fully complying with Clause 6.3 of ISO 7438:2005: “In case of dispute,a testing rate of(1±0,2) mm/s shall be used". It can also real-time display bending angle and facilitate for various angle tests.

Features:
1. This machine is horizontal structure, easy to operate
2. Two support rollers and mandrel can firstly bend the specimen to  180° , then main cylinder returns. Vice cylinder  and  two  compression  plates  can  further  bend  the  specimen  and  guarantee  180°bend  test,  fully satisfying standard requirements.
3. The machine can adjust the distance of bending fulcrum by manually adjusting the bidirectional lead screw to make the bending support advance and retreat synchronously
4. Use photoelectric encoder for Angle display and control, the display is accurate and reliable. And the front part of the experimental bench is provided with an Angle plate type indicating device, the machine has a bending Angle double display device.
5. A pressure sensing device is designed in the pressure oil circuit to display the bending force value of the sample bending.
6. The hydraulic system is controlled by three-position four-way solenoid valve, which makes the two cavities of the cylinder close in the middle, and can properly maintain the bending load.
7. Adopt hydraulic bidirectional cylinder loading, loading speed is fast, high efficiency. Piston front end design bend center quick change mechanism , quick change of different specifications bend center.
