What is the HTV-10ATG?

The HTV-10ATG is an automatic turret digital Vickers hardness tester from KASON. With an 8-inch touch screen and automatic turret, the indenter and objective lens switch automatically and the test point is positioned precisely.

What test forces and standards does it cover?

It offers selectable test forces from 0.3 kgf to 10 kgf (2.94 N–98.0 N) and complies with GB/T 4340 and ASTM E92.

How accurate are the results?

Measurement resolution is 0.01 μm, with a hardness range of 8–2900 HV. The instrument calibrates against standard hardness blocks and corrects automatically across high, medium and low hardness values.

What about data handling?

All parameters and results are stored on a USB flash drive in Excel format for processing and inspection reports. Readings convert between HRA, HRB, HRC, HV, HK, HBW and more.

Where is it used?

Typical applications include metals, alloys, heat-treated parts and coatings. Maximum specimen height is 180 mm, dwell time 1–99 s, and weight about 55 kg.
