cover this is the sample autof feding
device which sample will automatically
deliver from sample support seat to the
envil this is the antise secondary
impact device to pre prent secondary
impact from affecting the
results this is the hammer body and
hammer
head this is the PLC touchscreen control
cabinet come with several control
buttons here you can see how the power
cord is
connected firstly turn on the air pump
and put the sample onto the sample
support
seat click test button choose
corresponding sample size and press
right button to lift up the hammer then
press Double Impact button to start the
test the sample Auto feeding device will
deliver sample to the Anvil the hammer
will automatically fall down after 3
seconds once the impact is complete the
equipment will automatically leave the
hammer through
grapple
after the test remove the sample from
sample seat and turn off the
power
