Brinell Hardness Tester

The Brinell Hardness Tester measures the hardness of metals and alloys by pressing a tungsten carbide ball indenter into the material with a fixed test force. After loading, the diameter of the indentation is measured to calculate the Brinell Hardness Number (HBW). It is widely used for castings, forgings and rough materials, offering stable and representative test results in industrial quality control.
