Product Details

Application:
1.Adopt the first dual optical path system, built-in camera, can be connected to the micro eyepiece and camera at the same time, indentation can be measured by eyepiece, can also be connected to the computer for automatic measurement.
2.Adopt electronic electric loading, high precision sensor, with a unique closed-loop control system, each gear force is automatically compensated.
3.Industrial touch screen computer.
4.Automatic indentation measurement.
5.Automatic turret, during the test, the indenter and the objective lens automatically switch to each other, the test point automatic positioning accurate, automatic loading, automatic unloading.
6.Computer control: can control the equipment pressure, single measurement, batch measurement, hardness conversion table, unqualified value alarm, etc.
7.It can be calibrated according to standard hardness blocks or length scales.
8.The test force can be automatically corrected by standard dynamometer.
9. All data of the durometer are stored on USB flash drive in EXCEL format.
