1. Introduction

This steel pipe bending test machine is an ideal equipment for special bending tests on steel pipes with an outer diameter not exceeding Φ60.3mm. The equipment is based on GB/T244-2020, ISO8491:1986 (E) "Metal Pipe Bending Test Method" Welded Steel Pipe for Low-pressure Fluid Transportation GB/T 3091-2001. This product is widely used in metal pipe factories and pipeline enterprises, and construction quality inspection departments to test the bending performance of the steel pipe.

The testing machine consists of seven parts: frame, workbench, rotating working arm, steel pipe bending core, cycloidal pinwheel reducer, steel pipe radial fastening device, electrical controller, etc. It has the advantages of compact structure, touch screen display, simple operation, large load-bearing capacity, stable operation, low noise, and real-time display of bending angle, intuitive, safe and reliable, and easy maintenance.

The working principle of the testing machine: one end of the steel pipe is fixed, and the other end rotates clockwise around a special bending center. Using digital integrated circuits, the bending angle of the testing machine is shaped and divided by the photoelectric pulse obtained on the high-speed shaft of the motor, and the angle is counted and continuously accumulated and displayed. When the working disk of the testing machine rotates to the set angle, the circuit program controls the brake motor to cut off power and stop rotating.
