1. Product use

(2) Measurement and control software of universal testing machine

(2) Use and maintenance
• Operators must carefully read the host instructions, software instructions and test standards; Follow the operation process and operate in the correct way;
• When testing every day, preheat the equipment for 10 minutes after starting it, especially when the temperature is low in winter; After the test, shut down the machine in the correct sequence and cut off all power supplies;
• Operators should clean the iron slag left on the jaw clamping surface and jaw seat every day to avoid affecting the durability of the equipment; The vibration after the sample is pulled and broken may make the fasteners in the jaw part loosen, which needs to be checked regularly to avoid large losses caused by the loosening of the fasteners;

9. Installation requirements and foundation
• Personnel preparation: Arrange operators who are proficient in using computers, and it is easier for personnel with measurement operator certificates to master them;
• Item preparation: Install a three-phase five-wire air switch on the wall nearest to the oil source of the equipment; HM46 anti-wear hydraulic oil 50 liters;
• Foundation production: The foundation is shown in the figure below. When planning the installation location of the equipment, the convenience of maintenance and inspection should be fully considered; It is recommended that a space of 500-800mm away from obstacles be reserved behind the equipment and on the left and right sides; An operating space of not less than 2000mm must be maintained directly in front of the equipment; When the thickness of the original concrete foundation at the installation position is more than 150mm, rhinestone can be used to drill holes according to the size of the foundation drawing; If the foundation thickness is less than 150mm, please install and construct according to the drawing;
• Equipment in place: The newly built foundation can be used normally after solidification for more than 7 days. After the host machine is in place, place the level on the workbench to adjust the level of the host machine. After leveling, pour the four anchor screw holes with cement mortar. Only after the cement in the anchor screw hole has solidified can the anchor nut be tightened.
