This manual handsheet former can prepare paper samples of 251×251 mm. It is suitable for research and experiments in papermaking and fiber wet-forming materials.

After raw materials for paper, paperboard and similar materials are processed by cooking, beating, screening and defibering, paper samples can be formed on this instrument. The finished samples can be further tested for the physical, mechanical and optical properties of paper and paperboard.

It provides standard experimental data for production, inspection, monitoring and new product development. Meanwhile, it serves as a standard sample preparation equipment for teaching and scientific research of light chemical engineering and fiber material majors in research institutes, colleges and universities.

Features

Adopting upper and lower forming wire structure, it ensures high flatness of the wire surface during sheet forming and good uniformity of finished paper sheets.
Integral stainless steel structure, corrosion resistant and easy to clean.
Equipped with a water inlet for convenient water feeding; the drain valve adopts a lever structure for labor-saving operation.
