The paper sample vacuum dryer is designed for vacuum heating drying of pulp handsheets with a diameter no larger than φ200 mm. It is used to evaluate pulp performance and formulate beating process specifications, and can also be applied to vacuum drying of other similar test samples.

Product Details

The machine adopts vacuum heating drying with high vacuum degree and fast drying speed. No circulating water cooling is required during intermittent use. The heating element is an integrated heating plate with long service life and easy replacement. The vacuum pump features high vacuum degree and large pumping capacity.

The temperature control system adopts intelligent PID control, with short circuit, open circuit and over-temperature alarm functions, delivering high measurement and control accuracy as well as safety and reliability. The vacuum system is electromagnetically controlled.

During the vacuum drying process, the equipment applies approximately 0.1 MPa pressing pressure to the paper samples. If pressing is not required, the non-pressing vacuum drying assembly can be selected as an alternative replacement.
