1.The rotating table has a central shaft with embedded bearings for rotation, ensuring the stability of the rotation.
2. The rotating tabletop is made of milky white acrylic glass to ensure its smoothness and flatness.
3. The light angle is adjustable, and the support rod is made of chrome-plated metal flexible tubing, which can be shaped at any angle.
1. Sampling: Cut at least 4 samples of 250mm × 250mm each.
2. Observation: Place one of the samples on a rotatable worktable. Turn on the fluorescent light and inspect the sample surface for visible dust under the light. Maintain a viewing distance of 250-300 mm during observation, and circle different areas of dust with different markings; alternatively, record the number of dust particles in the same area according to their size.
3. Comparison: Rotate the worktable 90°. After each rotation, use a standard dust level image to identify the size of the dust level area on the sample. Alternatively, mark the newly discovered dust levels according to different areas until the initial position is returned.
