1. Application
The KS-BJ-X portable metallographic microscope has its own vertical illumination light source, it can be easily used on-site to identify the structure of various metals and alloys when samples cannot be produced. It is a microscope suitable for metallographic inspection and failure analysis of various large workpieces on site. It does not require cutting and sampling, but directly grinds and polishes the workpiece to ensure the integrity of the workpiece. The portable metallographic microscope is suitable for aviation manufacturing, machinery manufacturing, and vehicles. Manufacturing, manufacturing and inspection of boilers and pressure vessels, petrochemical, railway, shipbuilding, power plants, power stations, equipment installation, large molds, safety testing, quality supervision, physical and chemical laboratories and other industries. It can also be widely used in factories and laboratories for casting quality identification, raw material inspection, or research and analysis of metallographic structures after material processing.
Magnetic base:
The microscope base is equipped with a magnetic suction seat, which can be directly attached to the workpiece to observe the on-site metallographic examination of the tissue. The gear-type XY-axis moving platform ensures that it does not automatically move horizontally.
Lighting system:
Use 6V3W LED lighting and rechargeable lithium battery.
Compact and precision optical instruments
The equipment is small and lightweight, and comes with a portable aluminum alloy packaging box, making it easy to carry and test on site.
On-site metallographic sample preparation package (optional)
An angle grinder is used with sandpaper, wool felt, and diamond spray polishing agent for on-site sample preparation. The operation is simple and quick.
On-site metallographic image analysis and imaging system (optional)
Equipped with FMIA2023 genuine metallographic analysis system and WiFi wireless camera, it can realize on-site image collection, metallographic structure analysis, metallographic inspection report generation and other functions.
