The electronic fully automatic pore size tester, also known as a bubbling test bench, is used to test the maximum and average pore size of materials such as filter paper , fiberglass separators , battery membranes, nylon cloth, asbestos paper, and various sintered materials . An optional filter element test chamber can be used to test the maximum and average pore size of filter elements.
Instrument characteristics :
1.The instrument uses a 304 stainless steel test chamber , and the stainless steel test platform is resistant to rust and corrosion even after long-term use ;
2. Controlled by a 7-inch color LCD touchscreen and dedicated measurement and control software, it is easy to operate and has good human-computer interaction ;
3. The instrument has a temperature compensation function, automatically senses the liquid temperature, and automatically retrieves the liquid tension coefficient to calculate the pore size ;
4. The instrument is equipped with a mini printer, which can print test results at any time ;
5. The instrument has a built-in pressure calibration port , facilitating third-party calibration ;
6. High-precision pressure sensor, capable of accurately measuring real-time pressure;
7. The flow meter has a display for easy flow adjustment ;
